  • Debilitating Low Back Pain

In Feb of 08, I experienced painful and debilitating lower back pain after a workout that made simple actions like sitting down, getting in and out of the car, lifting, stooping and even just walking or trying to dress a daily struggle.

After a few days of trying to tough it out and hope my back would get better on its own, a friend of mine talked me into seeing a chiropractor and referred me to Dr. Marriott. At the time I wasn't sold on the idea that a chiropractor could help me, but I was in pain and needed some sort of help.

After leaving my first treatment session at Wellness Works, I walked away VERY impressed with Dr. Marriott's knowledge about my situation as well as her ability to describe it to me and offer multiple treatments. After just a couple of sessions, I walked away (walked being the key word), feeling pain relief immediately. Her treatments focused on stretching the muscles in my lower back and surrounding areas, providing heat deep into the muscles, and setting me up with some helpful stretching regimens to do daily on my own.

All of these actions played a part in helping my pain levels drop dramatically over the course of just a couple weeks. All these treatments and suggestions (as cliche as it sounds) honestly changed my life and helped get me back to a more normal life. I would recommend Dr. Marriott to anyone who has major backpain and for anyone with minor back or neck pain it should be a no-brainer. As a 210lb man, I had my concerns about the abilities of a female chiropractor to adjust me and have the physical attributes that are needed to do a good job, but she was able to prove me wrong and I owe the QUALITY of my life to her treaments, knowledge and abilities.

  • Shave a few strokes off your golf game

Do you want to shave a few strokes off your golf game?
Your back and its' proper alignment ensures you have the ability to actually
make a good golf swing. Back pain, however, forces you to make swing
adjustments to compensate for your pain. Generally, those changes add
strokes to your score. While I have never endorse anyone previously, Dr.
Marriott's chiropractic treatments have definitely had an extremely positive
    impact on my golf game!!!

    It's a no brainer - - - make an appointment NOW - - - ENJOY the GAME!!!"
